Spartan® SiO₂ Super Polymer Sealant is a professional-grade water-based sealant formulated with Silica Dioxide and advanced super polymers. It creates a high-gloss, extremely slick surface that beads water and protects against contaminants. Within minutes, it imparts visible hydrophobic protection and shine, with full curing achieved in 24 hours.

How to Use:

• Surface Preparation: Wash and dry. Decontaminate if needed. Clean with an alcohol-based inspection spray. Work in the shade on a cool surface.
• Shake well before use.
• Panel Application: Spray 2–3 mists per-panel
• Spread with a short-pile microfiber towel (#1) in crosshatch motions.
• Level and buff with a clean, dry microfiber towel (#2) until achieving high gloss and an extremely slick surface feel.
• Timing: Initial protection forms within minutes. Avoid water/rain for 3–4 hours. Full cure: 24 hours.
• Optional Second Layer: Apply another coat after ~1 hour (or after 24 hours) for added uniformity.
• Maintenance: Wash with pH-neutral shampoo. Reapply every 1–2 months as a topper or when water beading decreases.
