Spartan Aqua Guard SiO₂ is an advanced instant-protection coating designed specifically for wet-application, delivering deep gloss, extreme water repellency, and fast installation with minimal effort.

Formulated with a high concentration of Silicon Dioxide (SiO₂) and next-generation polymers, Spartan Aqua Guard creates a super-slick hydrophobic layer within minutes, protecting the surface against rain, dirt, environmental contaminants, and UV exposure. 

The formula is optimized for both Spray & Rinse and Spray & Wipe (1:5 dilution) methods, providing a brilliant, protected finish without complicated processes.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Spartan Aqua Guard SiO₂ can be applied using two methods, depending on the desired finish and workflow.

A) METHOD 1 — SPRAY & RINSE (Instant Application and Activation)

(Recommended for fastest installation and maximum hydrophobic effect)

1. Preparation

• Wash the vehicle with a pH-neutral shampoo.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Leave the surface wet.
• Do not apply on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.

2. Application

• Spray 2–4 mists per panel.
• Work panel by panel (hood, doors, roof, etc.).
• Immediately rinse with strong water pressure to activate the SiO₂ coating.

3. Drying

• Dry using a microfiber drying towel.
• Hydrophobic effects and gloss appear instantly.

4. Curing

• Keep surface dry for 12 hours for best durability.

B) METHOD 2 — SPRAY & WIPE (1:5 Dilution / Wet Surface)

(Recommended for controlled application and uniform finishing)

Required Dilution

Mix 1 part Spartan Aqua Guard SiO₂ with 5 parts water (1:5).

1. Preparation

• Wash the vehicle.
• Do not dry the surface, apply directly on a clean, wet surface.
• Ensure no dirt or soap residue is present.

2. Application

• Spray the diluted product onto a microfiber towel or directly onto the wet panel.
• Spread evenly with linear or cross-hatch motions.
• Water present on the surface assists with SiO₂ activation.

3. Finishing

• Immediately remove excess product with a clean, dry microfiber towel.
• For streaks or high-spots, wipe again with a damp microfiber followed by a dry one.
